| I love the way Celebrian described the different gifts of the hobbits - Sam as an artist. He wouldn't have put it like that, but it's true. Frodo - an explorer? and Bilbo, a poet? | |

| Oh, Janet, you have me in tears of happiness and joy! Sweet Frodo, afraid his Sam wouldn't know or like him - like Gandalf, I was assured of that one certainty... I also love how having the hobbit children on the island has completed Celebrian's healing - I am certain being able to love children again has helped to soften the sting of knowing she'll never see Arwen again... I also loved Celebrian's description of what Sam would be -- she said he'd be an artisan there, but we all know he could never be anything but a master gardener... *grins* Yet another certainty I am assured of! Oh I LOVE this story too as much as any of your others! WONDERFUL CHAPTER! | |

| Oh, Shirebound! This is such a lovely story! I'm sorry I never got around to reviewing the first chapter. I did read it, but at the time I did, I had to sign off as soon as I finished it and MEANT to go back and review, but well...you know... Anyway, this is just so adorable and sweet and wonderful! All our dear hobbits get to have a fresh start - and grow up all together - a family. That just makes me grin so big!!!!!!! I can't wait to see what kind of adventures they'll get up to...especially after Merry and Pippen arrive! Thank you for this! | |

| More hobbit toddlers, yay! Just the slightest hint of toddler angst thrown in, 'Will Sam remember Frodo?' And the answer is.......of course Sam remembers Frodo! This was very sweet. I can't wait to see the arrival of Merry and Pippin. I bet they'll be a handful on the boat! | |

| Who needs sugar when you've got this sweetness? What a wonderful chapter. There is so much to love about this story that I can't even begin to cover it all. Now I know what each toddler is going to grow into. I was a little off on a couple of them, but for the most part I was right in my guesses. The idea of Celebrian and Elrond raising the hobbits is great. What a wonderful way to help Celebrian heal from her own traumas. Oh I can hardly wait for chapter three especially with all the hints you gave in your review responses. Thanks. Connie B. | |
