| Considering how long Gondor was abandoned by her king, I'd feel the same way if I were him. It always amazed me how easily Aragorn was well-received by the people of Gondor, coming in at the last minute to reap the glory, when others had held it for so long & in such constant anguish. Author Reply: Very true. Boromir and his family had been the living symbols for so long, it must have actually been quite difficult for the people of Gondor (and especially the people of Minas Tirith, who had direct, daily contact) to accept some one outside of the family as their new ruler. | That was a beautiful set of drabbles. You mirror Boromir's impressions and inner struggles very well. Author Reply: Thank you! It's a bit strange sometimes, having him living smack in the middle of my imagination, but it does provide for lots of opportunities for interesting stories. | |

| What a lovely set of drabbles! I really like the way you wove the theme through them. Author Reply: Thanks for your kind words. These all had their origin in one longer piece, which didn't seem to be going anywhere, so I was happy to recycle these to good purpose. | |
