Wow, this is excellantly written and so interesting. I have not read about these characters before but I'm fascinated by them because of your portrayal of tthem. I will happily read more. |

Rohan is so very different from Gondor that it's hard to believe they share a border. It must be a real culture shock for poor Ellevain. The younger children will probably cope better - but I can imagine them whingeing to go home soon (which would annoy their aunt rather).
Rohan, seen by Ellevain, is very a la Saruman-the-Slimeball, and it shocks her rather. I hope she can let go of her prejudices and learn to see the good side quickly, or she will be very unhappy there. |
