| Ah, now I see where you're going with this. First impressions: *snif* Ah Sam, poor Sam, not to have his "one wish, to see him again". And brave Rose; always knew she was something special. Author Reply: Indeed - I cannot believe I am writing this as I have always believed that Sam did indeed see Frodo again when he went into the West. But here I have him experience a different kind of "West" and so he must wait to see Frodo again, in that place that is beyond the Circles of the World. I hope having Rose seek to go in Sam's place can be realistically done and thank you for reading! | |
