| hahahaha! This story is wonderful! I love the fact that Merry's muscles tense and you can hear it! lolololol! This story is one of the many favorites I have of your stories. This is excellant, as a reader, you can very well tell that Merry is very annoyed but he loves Pippin and he doesn't mind staying up and helping him go back to sleep.. But i feel bad for him when he's awake and Pippins fast asleep! ;) Author Reply: Me too! Poor Merry! I mean, its one thing to not be able to sleep, but its another to have been sleeping peacefully then be woken up and THEN not be able to sleep. lol. I'm glad that you liked it! | |

Nice job... Merry is sound asleep and pippin can't sleep so his only solution is to wake Merry up...Quit cute..Pippin with his insistant questions,and Merry endures it all,even when he wants so rest...Pippin even black mailing him...real nice...Loved the story.... Author Reply: Argh, I think I would have socked Pippin over the head with my pillow if I were Merry... but then again, he could never do that to his little cousin, no matter how crazily annoying he is being. I'm quite glad that my own sister feels the same for me, otherwise my poor brain would be rattling in my head from being bopped so much! -- I'm more than often the Pippin-half of this story, keeping her up during all hours of the night with stupid questions and things because I cannot sleep. :) I'm glad you liked it! Also... Pippin was quite the little devil for blackmailing! [You can't blame him, he knows how to deal his cards, that one ;) ] | |

| That was cute. Pippin was very observant about Merry and Estella. I think Merry should beg Frodo for a different bedromm if he wants any sleep, but then what would Pippin do in the middle of the night? Author Reply: Yes, Pippin is a very observant lad, especially when it comes to his Merry, you can't pull the wool over his eyes! If some lass is going to come around and have Merry acting all funny then Pippin is going to know about it! (But it's alright, I think Pippin likes Estella -- otherwise I'd wager he'd be a force to be reckoned with... there's no shoving aside Peregrin Took!) I think you're right about Merry asking for another bedroom... but then again, I bet Pippin would just mosey on over to Merry's room anyways, no matter where it was, LoL! Yes, I always imagined Pippin to be an irrepresible ball of energy, even in the middle of the night... and even though he knows his poor cousins want to sleep, he does too, and he just wants a little company. | Awww, this is adorable. "Estella, clowns and jam...with pepper! They might as well cover the entire rest of Middle-earth while they were at it." Yes, our little Took is quite endearing, isn't he? Poor Merry. :D Author Reply: Poor Merry, indeed lol! The lad can never get a good night's rest if Pippin can't... I don't know why he even bothers to try and get one when Pippin is restless. It's futile, after all. (But to tell you the truth I don't think Merry minds as much as he acts like he does... after all, Pippin is Pippin no matter how annoying he can be. | LOL That was so funny. I have had that sort of night myself. Both from Merry's POV and from Pippin's POV. Neither is any fun. Sometimes a good night's sleep is hard to come by. I know as it is 4am and I am still up. Thanks for giving me something enjoyable to read. Author Reply: ^_^ I'm really glad that you liked it. And I'm glad that I gave you a little bit of comfort since you're sleepless. I know how it feels, I wrote this at 3:30am when I couldn't sleep, and I know it can be insanely frustrating. I'm also glad that you thought it was funny...lol I must admit, when I was typing it up (it was around 3ish) that I was cracking up as I was writing, making me seem incredibly unstable, if you know what I mean... and now that I think back on it, that must have been funny to watch in itself! lol! I'm glad it helped a bit, and thanks, as usual, for reading. :) | |
