| Very well done. I had never really thought of Gandalf and Pippin know that Merry was with them and Eowyn when they shouldn't have. I liked the way you expleined Gandalf knowing and the way he spoke to Pippin as they mad their way down the streets. Thank you it was splendid! Author Reply: Thank you very much! | Wonderful, Pipwise! You filled in this "missing scene" beautifully. I especially love this... “Such has proved to be our advantage,” Gandalf replied cryptically. “It seems the Enemy may only be felled by those He least expects.” Indeed! I had fun writing that little part - I realised afterwards that this was the reply Pippin never got in another story I wrote, from one of your ROTK plot bunnies.
