This is so good and so heartbreaking. So much suffering and love. There is only so much you can take, be you man or elf. Eokat

It's horrible to think of Enadar being incarcerated in the pits below Dol Guldur while his mother was imprisoned there. The strength of even the tiniest sensation - the taste of water, the flavour of fruit - and the way they stimulate snatches of memory is beautifully done. His reactions seem to be a little more co-ordinated, but it will take centuries for him to make any real recovery. But they are elves: they have patience.

They're getting better, little baby step by little baby step. It is good to see that Thranduil and Enadar have developed some sort of a relationship. It seems to do them both good and speed their healing.

You planned it finished? No! I am happy you decided to continue. This is very good.

There's slow but sure progress being made here, I think. I'm coming around to Thranduil's way of thinking about Galadriel: Enadar might indeed be harmed by having his mind invaded. He seems so fragile and he's been nearly destroyed.
