Yikes...! What a remarkable imagination you have, my dear! Brilliantly done. Our favorite wee hobbit seeing/experiencing unfathomable horrors...it’s as if he’s going through atrocity of Sauron’s inquisition through the palantir again. That was a fantastic, rivetting chapter! Thank you for writing this wonderful tale. :-) Pippinfan

Enjoyed Pippin and Elrond clearing the air. Also liked the fact that Pippin admitted to having used his farie eyes to win his won way at times and that he realized it was wrong and quit. I wonder if most children would have been able to resist the temptation?

My goodness, how amazing. I tried to touch on this aspect of Pippin as I saw him in "A Matter of Time", but never dreamed of taking it to the extent you have. I adore this, Pearl... and especially adore that Elrond and Gandalf knew, and that Pippin realizes that everything happens when it should, as it should.
