I love this one. It is healing, to Frodo, to Boromir, to me. WG Author Reply: Really?? Wow! Thanks for telling me...that makes my whole day! It's one of my own favorites too. Got the idea for this one from a TORn messageboard too, when someone noted Boromir's absence from the reunion of the Fellowship in the movie...and I thought, what if his ghost were to appear there, maybe that's a plotbunny waiting to happen...but it insisted on being a poem instead of a fic. Guess it's a little of both! ~~~{~@

I remember reading this before, but don't remember if I reviewed it then. I used to be afraid of reviewing. This is so poignant. Thanks for this one, too. Author Reply: You did, and I saved the comments when I moved the piece into this collection. This is one of my own favorites too. The idea jumped at me when on a message board someone mentioned Boromir's absence from the reunion of the Fellowship in the movie, and I thought, what if maybe his ghost was there? There could be a story in that, or a poem, or maybe a piece that's a little of both...Strange how these ideas just creep up, isn't it? Thanks yet again! I value your comments immensely!

Beautiful songs of forgiveness ought never to be lonely. "... bids us fly -- and gives us wings" (Bunyan). Thank you for including this among your "voices." This is wonderful: "I feel no pain he takes it with him like an irksome glove; it frets me no more. Flocks of doves rise from his eyes and brush me with feathers of sanity and music as he recedes in pools of skyshine like an eagle whose day in the sun has arrived." Such an image! Thank you, and bless you. Mum Author Reply: Ohhh you are most welcome....what a nice thing to say! Thanks for reviewing:<) Like the quotation:D blessings Armariel~~~{~@
