Very gentle, and I find I can enjoy the imagery given here. Very much hope in Mordor found in spite of it seeming to have fled. Author Reply: Thanks for the review! I confess I didn't actually have a specific setting in mind when I wrote this, so I'm finding now that it works in a lot of different interpretations. :) I agree with you, though: I think it works best as a piece about hope found in Mordor, especially in the trickle of water and Sam's star. I'm glad you enjoyed this! Blessings, Eruanna

Had to read this one a couple of times before I got it (which is a good thing!) Lovely image of hope and renewal with the stars in the waves. cheers & blessings Armariel~~~{~@ Author Reply: Thank you dear! This one was almost a stream-of-consciousness writing, so I'm afraid it is a little opaque at points. I didn't even have any specific view-point in mind, but looking back on it, I think of it now as a sort of tribute to Ulmo and Nienna, the two Valar who most love Middle-earth in all its sorrows and joys. I'm glad you like this! But I wish I could write poetry as well as you... Blessings, Eruanna
