| I have to say I was surprised by Sarambaq's plan, though it made a lot of sense. Maybe I'm too much of a softy, but in a sick sort of way it made the whole thing a little bit poignant. He very clearly revealed the depth of his own anguish by contriving to impose the same on Thranduil. I love your brave Legolas. ~TF Author Reply: I hope more readers see the poignancy of it all -- Sarambaq is malicious, but also just as vulnerable to hurt as others.
