| Thanks so much for pointing the way to this. You did a good job with it, I can never write drabbles. The Argonath would be an exellent setting for this. I recently read that scene again, and was touched that Boromir bowed his head to the Ancient Kings. Why do they have to be so short! A hundred words make it such a challenge. If you ever need help with the character, let me know. Author Reply: Yes, a drabble is an extra challenge. I love them though. It is like a super condensed story. It is a challenge to see how many images or emotions you can get into those 100 words. A small portrait of an important moment in time perhaps. Thanks for taking the time to come over and review! | Oooh, very well done ... I like the 'chink left by pride.' Congrats on your first drabble! If this is an indication of things to come, I'm looking forward to more! Author Reply: Well, actually, this isn't my first drabble, but my second. I must have forgotten to post my first one here. as for "chink" yes. i was particularly proud of that bit. visual. you could just see the evil sliding into that bit of weakness.
