It have been awhile since my last review. I apologize for my silence. Honestly, I have nothing but praise for the last three chapters. I have enjoyed reading them, and I have read all three chapters (71, 72, 73) numerous times. It is very refreshing to see Eowyn's and Faramir's relationship maturing. I have been so eager to see what you have in store for Eowyn and Faramir once they reach Gondor. But, you have written this festival so well that I have been pleasantly satisfied to watch our couple enjoy themselves. I have so enjoyed reading this story. You have really come along way and are developing into a excellent writer. I say this in the hopes that I may one day see an original published work of yours. You are truly a gifted writer. Thank you for sharing your talents. As always, I wait anxiously for your next chapter. Author Reply: Thank you. I'm blushing. I hope to update in the next week or two. I'll try to work around classwork, I do enjoy writing this story!

Gentle author, we miss your story! Is there a chance you will continue soon? Author Reply: Yes, I've been incredibly busy with the horses on the farm where I live. When I update next I'll have Chapter Four, Five and 74 all at once! I promise I'll write as fast as I can.

Ugh, I've been so backed up with schoolwork this summer that I'm only just now getting to read and review this chapter. Love Gaer as always! I mean, how can you not love the guy? I liked that interaction between him and Eowyn... they looked so great together that I'm almost sad she's marrying Faramir. And I like how Eowyn briefly considers what it would be like to have a man of Rohan, like Gaer, as her husband. But of course, Faramir deserves to have her. Gaer I'm sure will find some woman he'll be equally crazy about. Hopefully soon. I like that Faramir is taking Thorn to Gondor. Hmmmmm, first Gaer, then Thorn... Rohan is really growing on Faramir, isn't it? I'm not surprised; it's a fantastic place. I wonder if Faramir will even go so far as to take a chunk of the land with him? :) Well, anyway, I can't wait to read he next chapter. :) Oh, and by the way, I am *really* missing those links you had up, like to the dictionary and armor sites. Any chance you might put those up again? Author Reply: Your links are back up. :) Hee, I know, Gaer would have been great for Eowyn. However, he'll get his compensation for not being her man in the next chapter. :D You'll see! As for the next chapter, I don't know if you're reading the beginning or waiting until I'm done with all of it, but I'm updating Chapters 4, 5 and 74. Hopefully soon.

Great chapter:) Faramir with Thorn was absolutely wonderful, I'm glad they finally understand each other well and have so much fun being together. I have but one small notice: if our sky (European I mean) is any indication as far as I know it's rather impossible to see simultaneously Canis Maior, Cassiopeia, Aquila and Orion because some of them are visible in winter and some in summer. But none the less I enjoyed this chapter very much and please update soon, I'm so curious about that danger that is to come and make Faramir and Eomer real friends. Author Reply: Huh. I looked on several websites that listed those constellations in a European sky and all fell under the heading of August. Since there were no dates, I assumed they would be visible during August and not just the very beginning or the very end...but apparently not. I'll make a note to correct it. Thanks!

This is a terrific chapter (as usual)! I like that Faramir got to be a champion and maybe improve his standing in Eomer's eyes. Also loved the scenes with Gaer and Eowyn. Can't wait to see Gaer in Minas Tirith... Author Reply: Me either. :)

I absolutely adore this story. Late last night when I saw the update, I actually squealed. This chapter was just beautiful. I felt myself grinning just like Faramir. Thanks for sharing your wonderful talent with us. Author Reply: I adore this story, too. :) Sorry for the delay in replying, I've been so busy with the farm. You are very welcome and thank you for sharing with me! I love the feedback.

You have me grinning like a fool with this chapter. After all of the angst and uncertainty, it is so wonderful to see Faramir happy. I love the way he burst in to Eowyn's tent and giggily told her that he won, and how happy he was to play with Thorn. The Rohirrim pulling him around and entering him in contests had me laughing aloud. This is a man who deserves happiness, and I'm so glad he's finally got it! And I don't know how many times I've said this, but I love your Gaer! He amuses me to no end, and I love his sweetness and devotion to Faramir and Eowyn. He's almost canon now, in my mind. The bit in the tent, too, where he and the others were teasing Faramir about Eowyn was so typically male that I had to laugh. :) Eowyn's dream was interesting. Is it a sign of the future? And was that Boromir's ghost the ladies saw? I want to know more about this, and about the other shades of Men that Arwen saw in Minas Tirith. That would make a great ghost story. Nice bit about the fires; do I sense any foreshadowing? Hmm. This is a brilliant fic; I can't wait for the next update! Author Reply: Sorry for taking so long to reply! I love this chapter the best, I think, the payoff for Faramir is so great and he's so very happy and it will only get better. The poor guy, he's not going to know what to do with himself. Oh, I love Gaer, too. He's going to be more predominant in the next chapters and later, too, as he's coming to the City...hmmm, do you think it'll be a bit hard for him to stay behind with Faramir and not take the opportunity to escort Eowyn? Of course Eowyn's dream is a sign of the future. And, yes, it was foreshadowing that you sensed! Poor Faramir, is all I'll say. But I think he'll show something very brave and strong to Eomer and the Rohirrim and come out all right in the end. I did promise a happy ending, didn't I? That would make a great ghost story, wouldn't it? Hmm, maybe after this fic...and Eomer's fic...I'll have time, lol.
