| great story, I look forward to the next update. I know how it is to be afraid of something small that makes others think you're a bit strange. I myself am terrified of grass snakes. They're harmless, but my cousins used to stuff me in a box and drop them all over me, and they wouldn't let me out no matter how much I screamed. Same thing with hay. We used to make tunnels in the hay loft in my grandmother's farm. They used to collapse them on me, hence, claustrophobia- the fear of enclosed places. But what can you do? I hope legolas isable to overcome his fear or at least gain some peace from the support of a friend. A friend sometimes can make all the difference. Again, looking forward to your next update. this is a very well written story. Author Reply: Yeah, I know what you mean. I'm terrified of roaches (those that fly! eeks!!) and spiders. I used to be able to beat the crap out of roaches until one day one of them dropped from the ceiling into my clothes and crawled all over my body. *shudders* Guess that's their way of revenge :P And the spiders... that's another story. LOL!! | |

| tbc - yes please you have got me curious. And what true frindship he develops with Gimli if he is willing to go into the glittering caves with him so much later. Unless Aragorn is able to help his phobia. Certainly he doesn't seem to be so affected in Moria. If there is anywhere that would be over run with rats it would be Moria. Good stuff. Author Reply: Hehehe. This is suppose to be non-canon. :) A fic challenge written for a friend's yahoogroup. :) I'm glad you liked it though. :D | |
