| So gentle the grief that comes with the finding again. I am truly loving this story. Author Reply: The character of Ruby is based on and a tribute to my dear friend Ruby, who died back in '02. It was her loss that caused me to look for something to take my mind off my grief. I found my comfort at the old billyboyd.net forum. There I met some of my dearest friends on the net and in real life. Until then I had never heard of fan fiction! Billy didn't give up on his dream to act, and that awakened my old desire to write. Billy became my Scottish muse. I can never thank him enough for that. I'm so glad you like my story, and I mean that with all my heart. | |
