Walking Wounded  by Nina the powerwriter 2 Review(s)

Well, Bilbo certainly only wanted to protect his cousin, but why did he react like that, I wonder? Did he talk of his own experiences, or was it only the concerns of old Gaffer Gamgee?

"He stared at the babe, a look of wonder on his face - a strange delight fluttered in his heart. It was then he knew how much he would love this child."

It's wonderful to see Frodo holding his little daughter in his arms :)
And Rosie does a great job to help him.

I've so dreamed of Frodo desiring the children he couldn't have--it's nice at times to imagine he did sire at least one child.

Author Reply: That's one reason why I wanted to write this story - to explore how Frodo would reacte to having a child.
