| Apparently accepting mortality is a bit more painful on those of faery than for Elves. Oh, dearie me! Author Reply: Oh yes...I would say birth is painful whether it's a body getting born or a soul. But sometimes there are compensations...and then the birth pains may be forgotten! I think I was vaguely recalling the Little Mermaid acquiring a pair of legs (book version, not film *g*) and what pain it caused her fish tail to rend in two...ouch! ~~~{~@ | |
