| Ten minutes earlier! Just ten minutes! But I suppose Faramir is lucky that Aragorn turns up when he does. And at least Lamrung has the rules to cling on to. It's actually quite brave for a man in his position to stand up to someone like Mahrod. Who is the kind of scum that so often rises to the top in places like this - where everybody is afraid to some degree - and he gives them plenty to be scared of. Come on, Lone Ranger. Ride to the rescue. Author Reply: Yes,if only Aragorn had come before Faramir was harmed though he came as soon as he could. Lamrung is a good man who tries to obey the law whatever the cost. | Ooh, that Mahrod's a nasty one. Who put him in charge of the prison? Looks like Aragorn has neglected lots of petty bureaucracy here, and I suspect that after the shouting is over, lots of people will be losing their jobs. How weird that it should be Mr. Rules-and-regulations who represents Faramir's best hopes here. Not that he does much good, mind you. Author Reply: The Chief Warder should be in charge of the prison,but alas he is too lazy and drunken to care.I am sure Aragorn will reforn the prisons now. Many thanks for yoour kind review. | |
