Hmmm, pull back, release, twang, thack!! This arrow things work really well, I am going to find some very large arrows, and give them to Arwin. An elf should be able to hit Harishdane and make her die. Author Reply: Elven power will do magic, believe me. - T.

My nerves are starting to twitch!!! The Easterling laughing at the Gondorians for their cowardice??? GRRRRRRRRR!!!!. If I can get my hands on them....... And Ridasha is starting to irritate me.. Does she really think they will they will succeed?? OK,(ten deep breaths). I know the outcome of this whole fic but you are starting to get me worried!!! I am so pleased that Arwen has a more physical and authoritative role here. And why shouldn't she?? Is she not the queen? Is it not her duty in the absence of the King? I love her take charge attitude. "...your concern, my prince, is the whole land with its entire people. If the king falls it will be for the sake of his kingdom". Those words must have broken Arwen's heart. How brave of her. Poor Faramir. He did the right thing (just like Aragorn would have wanted). "But let me assure you, that I will not accept King Elessar's death unless there is no other option to throw back the enemy". Well no wonder my nerves are shot!! With a cliff hanger like that?? Very intense chapter. I LOVE IT!!! And as for your inquiry on the word "twitterpated". Forgive me, I mispelled it the first time. The definition that I use is the flighty, exciting feeling you get when you think about/see the object of your affection. The ever increasing ecceleration of heart beat and body temperature as the result of being romantically excited. You know, like the first time I met my husband or seeing Strider...I mean Viggo!!! It was used in Disney's BAMBI, the owl said, "the birds gettin' all twitterpated!" Hope that helped.. Will be waiting for the next chapter! Author Reply: That helped very much! Thanks. *author adds it to personal dictionary.* Yes, Arwen's role should be more than just being a beautiful decoration. She's not Eowyn, that's not her part, but she is more than just a 'wife'. Why should the Easterlings not think of victory? Harishdane's whole scheme did work out perfectly! And the people are desparate enough to believe in everything for their own sake of survival. - T.
