Loved the wealth of very good and clever lines you wrote for Eowyn here. I especially liked her suggestions to him on what to do, the last one was the funniest of all and I wonder what Lothy's reaction to that will be? Author Reply: Eowyn's advice is priceless, isn't it. I'm glad he didn't take the second suggestion, though, or the Mark would have been without a king. As for how good at grovelling Eoemer is, well you've seen by now, haven't you! Lia

I love the chapter and the way it's described the relationship between them. And I can imagine her giving a good advice, because she knows her brother better than anyone. Suddenly I'm becoming a fan of Eomer and Lothiriel too (I used to love F and E)... when this happen ! I'm going on vacations next week, but I hope see more of this story when I come back! Please post soon Greetings for U too, wherever you are... MPG Author Reply: Hello Macphisto's girl, as you see Eomer had that talk with his sister that you predicted. Next we'll see Lothiriel doing a bit of growing up. Enjoy your vacation! If it's somewhere warm I envy you. I live in Switzerland and at the moment it's absolutely freezing here. Good writing weather, though. Lia

I love this! Every new chapter is more enticing and entertaining than the last! Please keep them coming! I am definitely looking forward to seeing what Eomer is going to have to go through to win Lotheriel's hand, and I'm afraid of what damange the lady in question is going to do to the situation when she gets back to Dol Amroth ahead of Eomer! I just hope she doesn't do something foolish like immediately accept a suitor, though watching Eomer scare the guy to death and challenge him would be fun, especially when considering the shock that would ripple through the kingdom at this "uncouth" horselord's actions. And watching him try to woo her on the terms of the staunch and stuffy court traditions of Gondor and Dol Amroth should be entertaining as well. I wonder how long Eomer's temper will hold before he finally just pitches it all to the wind and decides to win her Rohan-style! This is an excellent story, wonderfully written and better quality than some published books I have read! Keep up the good work! BM PS--the only thing I"m going to miss are Faramir and Eowyn. I know Eowyn would have gotten a kick out of watching her brother! Author Reply: Hello BM, that's quite an interesting scenario you've outlined. However, I don't think Lothiriel would be quite so quick to accept a suitor at once. She has recovered from her shock and we'll get to see her side in the next chapter. I'm glad you like my story. I try to make it entertaining with a few unexpected twists. And we'll get to see Eowyn again at same later stage. Lia

Well done, Eowyn. I don't think you can go wrong with that advice! Go to Dol Amroth, grovel and put in your claim is definitely better than die of unrequited love or send her your head. Eomer seems to have spotted his error - and that Lothiriel was enjoying herself up to that point. Now he just has to win everyone over. Well, nobody said that love was easy. And surely, (fingers crossed), Imrahil won't be able to resist the idea of a king as a son-in-law. And Lothiriel won't be able to resist the accompanying horse. And Horse Lord. Author Reply: Hello Bodkin, I don't know, sending her his head would definitely leave a lasting impression! On the other hand I'm already busy writing that grovelling scene. I'm not sure he knows how to grovel, though. However, the horse might make the difference. Lia

She'd probably smash him one for insinuating she had a long neck. Otoh, I hope Eomer listens to his sister this time! Go, and go quickly! Author Reply: Yes, he'd better not listen to that last bit of advice of his sister's. The last man to compare Lothiriel to a swan got drowned for his troubles.

Eomer has to take Eowyn's advice and get himself to Dol Amroth asap! I really enjoyed this chapter, especially when Eomer was virtually squirming listening to Eowyn's words. Her tongue is definitely sharper than Guthwine! I feel bad for Eomer, though. He has never been under a woman's spell before and he isn't sure how to react to what he is feeling--- not even realising that Lothiriel is feeling the same way.As usual, Eowyn talks some sense into her brother, I hope! I wonder how Lothiriel is faring with her summons home? I hope she's not in too much trouble but she has to sort out her feelings for Eomer before her father betrothes her to someone else. Hurry and update.I love this story! Ali. Author Reply: Hello Ali, we'll get Lothiriel's view of things next and also what her father has in store for her. Glad you enjoyed the chapter, I enjoyed writing it. An update is planned for the next weekend. Lia
