| This is so sweet and funny! I love Elrohir's concentration--that of the true and dedicated hobbyist! And I like that you show the twins engaging in totally separate activities, worlds apart, and yet in spite of that they remain aware of one another! And Erestor is hilarious. Yes,I daresay the scribes *could* use the exercise. I know one scribe (myself) who is always in need of it! LOL! | |

| These are very cute! I like the ones involving Elrohir the best. They are precious. Then again, so is he both as an elfling and as an adult. Author Reply: Thank you! Oh, I love him ^_^ I've actually claimed his character for this fanfic challenge on LJ- so I have to write 50 fics involving him, with passages from the Tolkien books as prompts. Wish me luck! | |

| Lovely ficlet, Etharei! Elrohir was so sweet, sitting there and painting his toy soldiers devotedly, regardless of what happened around him. And his talk with Erestor was fun. So Elrohir knew without looking where his twin was and Erestor decided to let the scribes search nevertheless *grin* Well, I'm sure Elladan meant only well. No matter if man or elf, everyone needs a bit of fresh air! It's not healthy to sit always in dusty studies and libraries! ;-) Author Reply: Thank you very much, sweets! Well, my mum has always complained that once I'm sitting down with a book, nothing short of nuclear warfare could distract me from it. And yes, I'm sure things were quite exciting in Imladris when the twins were young. Though clearly even the older ones like Erestor still have their own sense of mischief ^_^ | |

| Lovely Elrohir. I just love the way he is painting his little army - and yet just knows where Elladan is and what he is up to. And the collusion with Erestor is delightful. And after all, the scribes could do with being out in the fresh air and getting some exercise! Author Reply: Oooh, thank you! | Yes, I can see the logic of Elrohir's point of view. So, Elladan is happy being a child and getting all worked up about him, while his brother is happily being an Elven craftsman, doing his first painting job of toy Elven soldiers! Lovely! Thank you, I'm glad you liked it :-) I love writing about happy twinsies, and I like to think that their respective activities say something about their different personalities as well.
