Oh, my dear Frodo - both of you! This is a marvelous, loving, heartbreaking letter. Hannon le. I wish I could have been there to help you, dearest Iorhael. Namarie, God bless, Antane :)

Oh, Frodo, you wrote this perfectly! I am finally done with TeenPact homework, and I just had to get on to read the anniversary stories. I'm kind of sad i missed this on that date, would make it so much more profound. But I loved it anyways. Keep writing, mellon nin! God bless, Ellie Author Reply: Hm, I thought I replied to this already. Oh dear. Hannon le! I would love to keep writing, but I'm taking a big break until mid April...I just have this horrifying Mount Doom in front of me right now. It's called, exams, papers, Philosophy presentation, moving into a new house (yea!) and other things. :( I will write ASAP. Glad you're done with the homework! Don't let it daunt you, the class is really awesome! God Bless, Frodo Baggins

Are you sure Frodo is just your pen name? He he. It was a really deep felt letter! I find myself both wishing that such a heart made letter would reach Sam, but then again I am glad It won't (right?) It would probably break the poor hobbits sensitive heart knowing his best friend felt so. Great writting! God bless! Namarie, Arwen Author Reply: Oh, mellon nin, you flatter me with your kind words. Yes, it is my pen name, but I do wonder at times...:) Just kidding. I have been told that I write like our favorite Hobbit, though. No, I don't *think* Sam will find the letter. He may though. Hannon le for your kind review! Namarie! God Bless, Frodo Baggins

Poor lad! Author Reply: Yes, poor thing. The first anniversery illness always fascinated me. Perhaps it was because it was the first (and probably the last) time that Frodo had to go through a horrible anniversery without Sam. I always wondered what he felt. Namarie. God Bless, Frodo Baggins

Oh, my heart aches for them both-for Frodo, of course, having to face those horrible memories all alone, poor dear, and for Sam, when he finds out he was away when his heart's brother needed him most. Oh, how guilty I'd feel in his place! Oh, in the books he never gives any indication of knowing, but he wasn't that short-sighted. He knew, even if he didn't let on-I feel sure of it. Excellent way to commemorate the thirteenth! God bless, Galadriel Author Reply: You do know Sam so well, my dear. :) Hannon le for reviewing! God Bless, you, mellon nin! Frodo Baggins

This morning, I got up and put on my One Ring necklace. Wasn't sure why, but I wore it to school. The date. It was because today is March 13. It's so interesting to see how many stories were written to remember that fateful day on the slopes of the mountains of shadow. I am comforted to know that I am not the only one who follows the dates in the appedixes closely. And March is the month of doom for all of them. I must remember to check in on this site on March 25. I like your use of Elvish. I wish I could speak it. It hurts, in a beautiful kind of way. The raw emotion of the story will never leave me, even if my life is too busy for me to obsess over LOTR like I once did. Frodo's letter helped me remember that. Thank you. Author Reply: Hannon le, Pip. No, you are not the only one who follows the dates closely. I was not an author on the Sixth of October, but a very dear friend of mine was, and I wrote a fanfic for the fun of it. Elvish is fun, and trust me, it beats Latin! :) Hannon le, again, mellon nin! I am glad to have met you (well, through a review). Namarie! God Bless, Frodo Baggins
