Yes, the Ringbearer is hopefully finding the healing he needs, and the Lord Samwise the Faithful has hope indeed. Although canonically Elanor was born on this day and was only six months old when Frodo left the Shire, still the idea she spoke first to Frodo on the anniversary of this day is a wonderful one.
