| No, Pippin almost didn't make it, but I am so glad that he did! What a wonderful glimpse into the Healer's mind; Aragorn's reflection upon healing his smallest soldier--which could have turned either way. And then observing all of his patients sharing in the simple delight of a kite. The whole scene of Frodo, Merry, and Sam sitting upon the grass surveying Pippin was absolutely perfect. :-) Pippinfan Author Reply: Thank you so much T, I am so glad that you liked it.
