| Oh, I love this whole chapter! So much love. Sam not even taking off his cloak before he checks on his dear, holding him so long, I love you, wiping tears, Frodo admitting his heart and soul still longs for the hated thing... Well, I could go on but then I'd quote the whole chapter. Too bad human love, even as deep as Sam's and you can't get deeper than that, was not enough to heal such terrible hurts.
