Author Reply: *snort* Legolas is an interesting character at times, but not one of my favorites, and canonically, there is no proof that he even met Aragorn before FOTR ^^ So, yea, I tend to focus on people who were most certainly there :) | |

| I loved his examination of the Ring of Barahir, his wonderment at it, and how he was looking at himself in the mirror, waiting to feel different. It was a lot to absorb. I'm smiling because you have him bounce back from it quickly, though; which we can guess he manages to do by the time he wanders out to stumble into Arwen. Author Reply: *grins* Every young man I know tends to bounce back quickly after something, and I could not but help Aragorn doing the same thing. And he was certainly the happiest man alive when he stumbled upon Arwen, so it just seemed logical. Anyways, thanks for reviewing ^^ | |

| I liked this - the wondering why he doesn't feel somehow different now he knows his heritage. I remember having that feeling just after graduating from med school - thinking that I should somehow feel or look different or *something*. Very nicely done. Author Reply: Yea, after a few big events in your life, it just astounds you when the world just goes on as normal. I have had a couple life-changing events, and I always wondered why I didn't feel any different after them, and why everything seemed so... normal. Anyways, thanks for the review. ^^ | |
