I intended to review this the other day but my internect connection turned itself into a disconnection! Little Pip is adorable - no wonder Frodo was unable to resist. I love the way he speaks - cute! Author Reply: Thanks a lot.

I love this even more after reading it a second time. I love Pippin's eagerness to help and Frodo's solution. This is such a sweet tale. Thanks again for writing it for me. *big hugs* Author Reply: I'm glad you liked it, dear. *hugs*

I adore it! Pip is so cute and Frodo is very, very patient. This was such fun! "Lily write more, peas?" Author Reply: Growing up at Brandy Hall with so many children around Frodo almost had to become patient. Thanks for reading - and I will try to write more young Pippin :)

Sweet! Ah, that the innocent, light-filled life they all had could have gone on forever. And it did, due to the sacrifices of these jewels of the Shire, even if one of the brightest could not share in it. Namarie, God bless, Antane :) Author Reply: It is indeed a sad fate that's ahead of them but at least they had one another. Thanks for reading.

Awww! Delightfully fluffy and sweet! The Pippin who grew up so devoted to his older cousin that he would follow him into peril must have had encouragement along the way. This is a sweet look at how one of those moments might have been. Nicely done, Lily! Author Reply: Thanks a lot.

Now that is a nice bit of fluffy distraction to go to bed on! Night all! Author Reply: Awww... a bed-time-story :) Glad you liked it.

That was really clever! I would like to see the expression on Sara's face when he finds the drawing, though. It will turn from utter astonishment into a huge grin, I'm sure :) P.S.: Yesterday I read that Mr. Greenhills blackberry bush was once again plundered by naughty hobbit lads! Oh, poor Mr. Greenhill ;-) Author Reply: That's exactly how I picture Saradoc's face. :) Yes, Slightly Tookish was so nice as to write me something with Merimac in it - and I was even more delighted to find Mr. Greenhill there too. So, you were right about the Master's heir's heir stealing berries too :)

This is a perfect scenario. And as in one of my stories I have Aragorn including some of his young daughter's drawings in a letter to Sam when he's made Mayor of the Shire, I must fully appreciate how Frodo anticipates Saradoc will react. Lovely! Author Reply: *grins* And Saradoc has been waiting for the letter too. But then, the drawing will at least tell him as much as to why the letter was late :) Thanks for reading.
