| Hmmmm, no strange contraption, lace-up bodice or pouch full of money yet. I'm interested to see where they come in, and what adventures befalls Pippin and his Diamond. Poor Pippin, to know so intimately how nasty and how seriuos Winter Sickness is, and to be so far away from his love while she fights it. Thank heavens for modern transportation for when need is dire! Author Reply: Nope - none of those elements in this chapter. I'm afraid you won't see the strange contraption, lace-up bodice, and pouch full of money fore several chapters yet. It really is difficult for Pippin to know just what Diamond is going through, as well as to know that she might not survive. I'm sure Pippin would have loved to have been able to hop a plane and be at Diamond's side in half an hour! lol! | |
