| Well - Faramir's done about as much as he can for the moment. If he doesn't get a break, he'll be collapsing, and that won't do anyone any good! Being with Arwen'll help Aragorn - and hopefully she'll be able to get through to him that pretending to be a traitor in order to rescue him was actually one of the most heroic things Faramir could've done. | Aaaw, what a beautiful chapter-thanks for dedicating it to me. It was so wonderful to see Arwen, Aragorn, and baby Eldarion reunited at last. I was also glad that Arwen told Aragorn that she had asked Faramir to pretend to join the traitors in order to try to save him, it might make him a bit less suspicious of Fara. The next chapters are not going to be easy ones, as Eowyn and Arwen, with help from Faramir, are going to have to heal Aragorn of his injuries, and that includes resetting that smashed hand of his. But at least everyone is reunited in a reasonably safe place at last. | |
