Oh sweetie, what are you doing? You are incredible ... So sad, so beautiful, heartbreaking. I'm almost too moved to write. I can see Frodo's pain, I can see Bilbo's tears and I can feel them suffering. That's one of the most wonderful stories I ever read. Go on this way, don't change anything. Thank you, little word-painter. Can't hardly wait for more. I'll walk through your stories (saved them all today), you can be sure - I'll come back to them. *hugs tightly* *starts re-reading* Love, Julchen Author Reply: Thank you so much! I just read your other review too - wow! So very kind of you. I am always glad to find another fan and kindred spirit! :) Namarie, God bless, Antane :)

Taken aback? Surpised? Oh, you mean the first review. *grins* I said what I felt and I meant it! It was all so real! It came alive and.....Yes, the ever-dramatic Eleon let her thoughts be free. (With a dramatic entrance, of course) Enough about me and my drama! Ellie, why'd you have to bring that up? *hugs you* I think this story is completely *sighs* and *tear* and *cries*....I can't really discribe it in words......emotions work better!! Author Reply: Dear Eleon, terribly sorry for not responding earlier to your very kind words. I am glad you are enjoying! Namarie, God bless, Antane :)

Oh, Bilbo! He finally gets it! *sighs contentedly* I really liked how you handled that. The topic of why God allows pain and suffering is probably my favorite theological issue to think about, and you handle it marvelously. I just have to laugh, though, looking over Eleon's reviews to this. She told me she was reading it. *grins at her* She's rather dramatic. *hugs her* She told me she thought she scared you with her first review. *grins* God bless, Ellie Author Reply: Well, I was a bit taken aback by it or surprised or something. But glad you are both enjoying. I've been wanting to tackle this issue of "Where was God" for some time but only now have been brave enough to do it. Glad it's turned out so well. The journey is not over yet and for Bilbo it's but beginning though that might have to wait until after Lent. We shall see. Namarie, God bless, Melinyel, Antane :)

This is so profound Antane. And I do love the ending it is very right here. This is the best way of sharing beliefs. Telling our story openly and trustingly and letting others see how it affects us. Great Antane. Author Reply: Hantanyel, dear harrowcat! So appreciate it! Namarie, God bless, Antane :)

Yes, the forgiveness is given by Bilbo and received by him at the same time, and the love is there to reassure both.

Well. *sighs heavily* You've almost got me to crying and that's hard to do. I see what Bilbo means. So many peopole ask that question: If God is so loving, why does he give us pain? That's just it! Sometimes he allows pain, and sometimes he does give pain, but it's never more than we can handle. He always helps us, even if we don't ask for help. He uses pain to help us grow closer to Him! Wonderful...absolutely wonderful. *cough* *tear**choke* *hugs Bilbo and Frodo* Author Reply: Hantanyel for such a kind review! This is a subject I've long wanted to tackle but wasn't brave enough until now. Namarie, God bless, Antane :)

What an appropriate title for this chapter; they both see or begin to see. It's heart-wrenching to see Bilbo so torn up and in need of that Love and Communion which Frodo knows and tries to explain (well, Bilbo has the Love and has all along), but it is warming as well, to see how much Frodo has healed just by the fact that he can explain these things, that he understands and believes them with all his heart, if his gentle but earnest little speech is any indication--and I know it is. Beautiful. God bless, Galadriel
