Yikes! Delightful - all of them... Author Reply: Thank you. This was some rare romance for me. I don't write it often but it was Valentine's Day.

Ah, very sweet indeed. Any Frodo's (of course) is my favorite. I wish, too, that he had found healing enough to remain in the Shire he loved, and found a lass who loved him. WG Author Reply: So glad you enjoyed it. I wanted Frodo's to be memorable without naming the lass. I am guessing here but I do think he must have got the eye of more than a few young lasses before the RING became his and perhaps for a while afterward. Tolkien doesn't say so but I can't help but think that Frodo was considered quite a catch! I do wish he'd had more of a chance at happiness.

phew, getting caught up again..... You will have to go 'mushy' on us a bit more often if this is the result GW. Lovely! Author Reply: So glad you enjoyed it. I don't write much in the way of romance but this little kiss fic seemed like the perfect Valentine's plot bunny! Thank you for reviewing!

Ah! Happy moments - the sort that are treasured up over long lives together. (Well. Except for Frodo's.) Author Reply: Because Frodo didn't have that special someone later it was very difficult to write his portion of this. It is also why I left the lass in question un-named. Thank you for the review! I certainly wish that Tolkien had seen fit to give Frodo healing.

Awww! Those were all so sweet! I loved them to bits and it was fun seeing our lads from the lasses' POVs. But who was that lass with Frodo? Author Reply: I don't know. hehehe I actually wrote it to be an unknown lass figuring that when Frodo was younger, before the RING he might have been much sought-after and that more than a few young lasses were interested in kissing him. Since I knew and everyone else reading would know that it couldn't actually go much further than a kiss or two and maybe a few strolls in the moonlight I decided not to name her, just to write what she was feeling. Thanks for reading. I just finished reading your latest chapter EYAWTKAH and loved it! Keep them coming!

I melted and grinned at each one of them. How sweet! I really liked the first one with Estella-- dunno why that one made me melt the most since it's so funny that Merry pushed Estella up to a tree! lol Happy (belated) V-day to you too, GW~ :hugs: =) Author Reply: You melted? Really? I wrote something romantic and it worked. hehehe Glad you enjoyed them. I think Merry and Estella are my favorite in this too. But then again, I did enjoy letting Frodo have a kiss. Hugs to you too!

These are wonderful. I particularly enjoyed the one featuring Sam, Rosie, and Frodo. I like the idea of Rosie and Frodo working together. Author Reply: That one was very movie-based. The scene from Fellowship put that into my head. I'm glad you liked it! I like to think that Frodo and Rose did have a friendship. It would have made it all easier when the three of them lived together at Bag End later. Thanks for reviewing!

Excellent stories as always. I don't think I've reviewed your tales before but I love then. The characterisations are spot on. If I have one tiny criticism it is that Sam's eyes are brown not green (Tolkien mentions it in Balin's tomb). Looking forward to many more great stories! Blossom Author Reply: Thank you! I appreciate the review and I am glad you enjoyed this. As to Sam's eyes, I get all caught up in Movie-land at times and while discribing Sam I was seeing Sean Astin whose eyes are green. LOL That scene where Sam and Rosie dance at the party was on my mind while I was writing because I love the look on Sean's face when he is first pushed into Rosie's arms, such a mixture of embarrassment and pleasure! Thank you for reading!

Hooray! They each had a chance to kiss and mean it--too bad Frodo couldn't follow up on his, though. Author Reply: It is a shame that Frodo didn't have that sort of romance later on in his life. I did enjoy giving him a moment or two pre-Ring though. Thanks for reviewing!

How wonderfully romantic! Each one is perfect to the fellow and the occasion. I wonder what happened to the girl who hoped Frodo Baggins was The One? Author Reply: Thank you! Romance is not my usual area but I was feeling a bit romantic thanks to the holiday. As to Frodo's admirer, I don't really know. In fact, I wonder too now that I've written her and allowed her a POV. I am certain that he had many such lasses thinking he was The One when he was young. Dear, dear, Frodo.
