| I hope guilt didn't cloud Aragorn's last days - he would, I think, have found it hard to forget that his mortality had condemned Arwen to death. While she must have feared what she didn't understand - and could hardly reassure him. Author Reply: Many thanks for your much appreciated review. I always feel, given Aragorn's serene death and hope fr what lay ahead that he would be able to overcome any guilt about her leaving the world, but I fear he must have felt guilty about her eparation from her family. | |

| Nearly forty years is a long time to out-live one who has been like a son. I like seeing this from Arwen's POV.
