Once he can gripe, he's definitely doing better! Heh!

Oh, yes, I can see just that complaint having been made! Alas, he must feel ill at all.

Of course medicines must be nasty. You don't want to encourage people to enjoy being ill! Author Reply: Never thought of it like that. :-)

Merry shrugged. "It must be because they love hearing their patients moan about it." Now, that's the kind of answer I would have expected ;-) However, Frodo was satisfied with Merry's explanation, despite sticking out his tongue. He's definitely on the mend! Thank you :) Author Reply: I'm glad you enjoyed it. :-)

Aw, these are all lovely! The first one got me all teary-eyed, the second...ROTFL! I love it! And the third is just sweet! :) Poor Frodo! :) God bless, Galadriel Author Reply: Aww! Glad you enjoyed them!

I agree with Frodo. Why does medicine have to taste bad? Author Reply: Damn right! They can put a human on the moon, but... (grumbles)

I've often wondered that, myself. And my characters seem to be of the same mind. (Excepting the healers, of course, who are often apologising that the draught doesn't taste worse. Not as bitter as it might be, but then we were pressed for time. *g* Thanks for the smiles this evening. Author Reply: You're ever so welcome. :-)

An eternal question we can all identify with, for certain. Even today, when they have supposedly tried to make them taste better. Nice drabble. :-) Author Reply: Thanks. Maybe it has to do with some outdated wisdom about the worse it tastes, the better it must be. :-)
