I love this one. | |

But this journey has humbled me. It has taught me that love can give stature that cannot be measured, and that innocence can be the fount of strength. And that courage is indeed found in the most unlikely of places. Indeed. God chose the weak to shame the strong and it was the weak that were strong and the strong weak, slaves already. I've learned much about the humility of Aragorn in the last year or so. Namarie, God bless, Antane :) Author Reply: I've always thought Aragorn was more complex than he's usually given credit for, and I love all the moments in LOTR where he shows he's not too lofty to hang out with his hobbit friends. :-)

Again, beautiful!! You have a true gift with these short wee bits, Rowan!! Author Reply: Thanks for this and your other comments. :-) My muse does tend to be a bit short-winded, though. Maybe I should encourage her to take up jogging.

So very true. Love is strength. Author Reply: I think that's one of the chief themes of LOTR.

Beautiful! Of course the hobbits did not make a very good impression in Bree, but they soon showed their worth! Author Reply: I've always felt that that was most likely Strider's reaction on first meeting the hobbits...and Frodo dancing on the tabletop probably didn't help!
