| Ha! I'm finally caught up! I've really been enjoying this story, even if there are a few things that I have some issues with. I love your characterization, and I appreciate the way that you create convincing OC's. Very nice. A few opinions though- I don't think you really need as many flashbacks to your own stories, especially not long ones. They tend to interrupt the flow of the story a bit too much. Also, I doubt that most elves would know who has the elven rings, especially in the case of Elrond. Glorfy and the immediate family- sure. All of the elves living in Rivendell (such as the bad guy in the last story)- not so much. It has become a central part to the story, s I understand why you need it, I just doubt that it is particularly cannon. Anyways, I've really enjoyed everything thus far, and I can't wait to read more developments! Keep it up! Author Reply: Hi, Nikara, I'm just getting around to trying to answer your questions. Yes, I absolutely stumbled into the mistake regarding Elrond's ring. I can only claim ignorance. I've been learning more as I go along. I understand your thoughts about the flashbacks too. You're probably right, but I tend to write what I am feeling at the time. It's not the best way to write, but it seems to work for me. My muse seems to be very particular about what she feeds me. Lastly, even though I try to be as accurate as possible, this story is AU and not totally canon. (Gee, I hope I did not forget to put that in the story breakdown!) Hugs, Cindy | |

| Alright, all caught up now, and wow, I'm impressed. Can't wait for the rest of it, because you've got me hooked. Like I said before, I love how you wrote Thranduil.
