| Oh, all the wonderful feels! Legolas' pain and Aragorn's fear and despair was just heartbreaking. And I loved that flashback. The banter and brotherly love between the two is written with such talent. I loved the comparison that, despite being centuries older than Aragorn, Legolas still has a lightness that normally only the young have. You described it perfectly. What a beautiful way with words you have. | |

| When I recover from heart failure, I shall proceed to the third chapter. This is an absolutely excellent tale. Legolas is my favorite of all Tolkien characters which is why I'm having a minor heart attack. I know you will not kill him off. I so wish I had the Internet at home so I could read in the evenings and on weekends. I have to wait till tomorrow to continue. YUK!! | |
