| That would be a question to answer, whether or not they were Hobbits or Men. These poor folk have been through so very much, and have faced so many lies from Lotho and Sharkey's folks, after all. Thanks for putting new ideas in my head. Author Reply: Glad to be of service, lol! I'd love to see the results of those new ideas. :-) The lies and deceit by Sharkey's Men were the biggest obstacle for the hobbits, and I had to think like a hobbit who had to be convinced to trust again.
