| LOLOL! Reminds me of my story "That Song"! And it's one more reason to be glad that JRRT changed the main hobbit's name to Frodo--instead of BINGO! Author Reply: I'll have to find your story. I had read about 'Bingo' and when the opportunity presented itself, I just had to use it. Haldir enjoyed it too! Glad you enjoyed this! | |

| "Haldir and Boromir both burst into laughter." And I joined them! LOL That is hilarious - especially as Tolkien had Frodo being named "Bingo" for a while. What a blessing he changed it! Author Reply: I almost fell over when first I heard that Bingo was Tolkien's first choice for Frodo's name.. Very glad he changed it! As for the song - I just HAD to do it... it seemed so 'right' in the midst of that staid and regal land to have a bit of silliness intrude. Very glad you liked this. It still makes me laugh. | |

| Okay--what a way to work our culture into Middle Earth! Author Reply: It's all Toller's fault. If he hadn't put down that he was going to name Frodo Bingo - then the thought might never have come. But the MUSE knew and goaded me! Hope it at least brought a smile to your face. | |
