I loved these last few drabbles, or quintdrabbles, or whatever, particularly the one about Arwen. To answer your question, Galadriel is my favorite character, by just a little bit. Rather hard to choose, after all. Author Reply: Oh! I have a difficult time with Galadriel... the kinslaying and all. But she is a powerful Elf. As for the Arwen drabble - I was frustrated about some real life situation where I was not 'allowed' to help - and Arwen decided to share her little experience! Thanks for commenting. Glad you are enjoying reading.

There a such things quintdrabbles? :) I think they are a lot easier to write than drabbles! I find myself growing increasingly fond of Denethor's sons. This one only fueled the interest. It was an interesting read. Calenlass Author Reply: Oh Calenlass Greenleaf - Beware - once one starts growing fond of Denethor's sons, one can be drawn into love.... As for quintdrabbles - who knows? It was five hundred words so I made it up. Perhaps I should have used a Sindarin word instead? LOL Glad this interested you and thanks for responding. Again - beware the boys of Gondor!

At least they do spend that last evening together, and the family is at peace. And Denethor did think of this, whether or not he might have needed to be reminded. And now Boromir himself is reminded just what day this is! Heh! Author Reply: In the midst of preparations for a long journey, lots of things can be forgotten. It was probably Faramir who reminded Denethor of what this date meant... then again, Denethor himself might have remembered - for Tolkien definitely states the great love Denethor had for his eldest. I'm glad Boromir will have some fun and fond memories to carry with him - he will need them.
