| A gentle memorial for these two warriors, both slain by Orthanc. I'd not thought before of the fact they died on the same day, though. Interesting that Tolkien gave us this fact to hold to. | |

| Oh my goodness... this was a real tear-jerker. I loved how you began it in Faramir's bed... had a nice quality to it. The kneeling by the mound was gorgeous - I loved that you gave each man their title! Blessed Boromir and Theodred.... Just a little disclaimer at the top or somewhere might be appropriate - something saying this is movie-based and not book-based? Just a thought. Again - beautiful telling of a precious moment that I never thought of.... Author Reply: Thank you for the lovely review, Agape4Gondor. This is a moment that I imagined as I was writing To the King, but it never fit in that story. I'm glad that you enjoyed it as it was. I confess I did not think of a disclaimer.
