Loved it the second time as much as the first! What a wonderfully creative mind you have, Pearl! Cathleen Author Reply: Thank you so much Cathleen :-) especially for reading it twice and liking it both times ;-)

Pippin’s mouth seemed always to be open except when he was chewing food LOL!!! I enjoyed this story a great deal, Pearl! The perfect description of a young tweenager, and not some tweenager, but Pippin! That says all :) Let's put some more chairs into the parlor and we can all join the three cousins in their blissful slumber! Author Reply: Glad you liked that wee line and thank you Andrea :-) I could use a nap by a crackling fire just now - LOL

Wonderful! I enjoyed every single word of this one. I loved Merry exasperation that was tempered with his worry over if Pippin was cold. hehehe Very hobbity and very sweet. Author Reply: Thank you GW! You know I like it when a story pleases you :-)

*grin* I read this at the internet cafe while my power at the house was down, but I didn't have time to comment then--I could *so* identify with Pippin and his cold feet. Almost every single night since it got so cold here, my husband will yell "Aghh! Your feet are cold!" when I get in bed. Poor Pippin, poor Merry and poor Frodo--what a night of disasters! I've written Pippin as prowling around in the night myself, because he can't sleep, but this just beats all! But I love the snuggly ending, with all the cousins sleeping happily in the parlor! Adorable--makes me want to snuggle up with them! Author Reply: I'm glad I was able to provide you with a good read while your power was out. A bit of fun in the exasperating experience :-) I know what you mean, I was wondering myself if there was another wing-backed chair in that parlor . . . ;-) Thank you so much for making the time to read and for remembering to come back and review :-)

Oh, Pip! You are such a, a tweenager! Love this tale, Pearl. As good as/or better than the rest. Keep going...more, please! Author Reply: Thank you Neilia :-) If Golden has anything to say in the matter, there will be more and more ;-)

Ah, but sometimes the need to sleep in comfort by another is needed. Very sweet. Author Reply: Yes it is :-) Thank you Larner!

Some nights I know just how Pippin feels. Great stuff Pearl. *Sends Golden lots of Yule-tide goodies to feed the plot Bunnies!* Author Reply: Me too! Although I more often feel like Merry as my husband is a restless sleeper who also snores :-) Thank you harrowcat, and I'll pass the goodies on to Golden ;-)
