Another delightful chapter. Poor chicken! :-)

Author Reply: Hee! This actually happened to my husband while he was growing up on the farm!

“Ahem,” Paladin looked at his wife and grinned. “Is it really true we’re having chicken tonight, then?”

Eglantine threw her head back and laughed until the tears flowed.

LOL LOL

What a sweet and fun story! I bet poor Tulip does get awfully filthy.

I've had many a day like that myself.

Wonderful, Cathleen!

Author Reply: Thanks Pearl!! Lol, I need to write a "Tulip has a bath" story next, huh?

*giggles* Oh that is sweet. I had to laugh at what stuff Eglantine found in her sons pockets. *L* And poor Pip...but too sweet. Glad he found in the end something he is good in.

Author Reply: Heh, coming up with the contents of Pippin's pockets was lots of fun!

That poor child--three months' worth of Friday the thirteenths in one BUSY day!

Author Reply: Hee, yes indeed, but leave it to Pippin to persevere until he comes out on top! Thank you for your comments once more!!

My goodness, I'm nearly exhausted reading about Pippin's day! The Tooks should be commended for raising this spirited lad into such a wonderful young hobbit.

Author Reply: I think what I like best about Pippin is that he *is* such a positive, spirited lad. So, it follows that he is being raised by like-minded parents.Thank you so much for reading and commenting on anothe ch of my 'Wee Ones'!
