| I've started reading this and I'm liking it so far! And I'm wondering if that beggar was more than just a beggar, him getting the better of Aragorn like that. Author Reply: Thanks, Layne! Ah, the beggar that got the better of our intrepid Ranger... | An good portrait of Aragorn at an emotional crossroads, caught between Gondor and his home in the north; and now in an increasingly dangerous predicament. Very suspenseful! Author Reply: Thanks, Raksha! I'm glad you found my story and are enjoying it. And yes, I always figured Aragorn would have been in a bit of a muddle when he finally decided to leave Gondor, and Thorongil, behind. I just decided to up the ante even more by plunking him in a fairly nasty situation. I'm sure he hates me now... | |
