| Well, at least Legolas is up a tree. He likes trees, so that has to be a good thing. *resolutely ignores the pack of trolls converging on said tree* Author Reply: Indeed, he is. I think it's always a good thing when a wood-elf can find shelter in a tree. It would be nice if Legolas could ignore them, too. We'll see how things play out. :o) | |

| You have spent all of this chapter metaphorically pushing this little roller coaster car up, up, up the hill, faster and faster. Now you leave it poised at the top of the hill, ready to PLUNGE down again! Larner is right, you know. But I love every word of it! And yes, our wounded lad must be one amazing elf! I am amazed that Legolas is still alive, let alone run and dive between legs of big fat trolls AND cleaving their spines and thighs! *shakes head* Aragorn had better get there fast - it's hard to have to be behind and ahead as well. Those trolls are getting on my nerves. I want to stamp them out with my rubber stamp. :-) (Thought I'd review here instead, just for kicks.) Author Reply: I was surprised to see your name on a review here, but then I saw your last statement. Variety is nice. You know, I'm also amazed he's still alive and did all those things. It's even more amazing when you see those feats listed like that. But then, he is a very amazing elf. Even so, Aragorn does need to hurry. I think stamping out those trolls with your rubber stamp is an excellent idea. Wish I had a way to get it to Legolas. :o) | |
