| LOL It amazes me how many uses you find for these elements; it's brilliant. Author Reply: It's getting much harder now, though, trying to fit all the words into the ficlets. I've made all these so far into drabbles and a half, limiting them to a hundred fifty words. I don't know how much longer I can keep them this short, however. Some are doing this in full drabbles. When we reach Christmas Eve and have twenty-four words to work in--that would be a killer! And particularly as we must work in forks, monkeys, and cookies now! Crystals and bottles are easy to work in, and I've not had too much difficulty even with locks and holes. But monkeys? Thanks! And I loved imagining Pippin planning ahead like this. "Oh, what did I do in Harad? Saved Aragorn a few times and lent the crown prince my mail and fought against traitors.... You don't really mind all that, do you, Diamond dearling? Oh, but I brought you this...." | |

| *snicker* Pippin knows his beloved rather well, doesn't he? How wise of him to bring not only that document, but a pendant as well. Though Diamond shouldn't be angry, after all she agreed to Pippin going to Harad. And I am sure she will like the mushroom dish story ;-) Author Reply: Oh, yes! Pippin is covering all his bases well.
