| I almost wish you'd let Amroth be lonely for a little while longer. He certainly deserves it. His pain at losing Lothiriel is so poignant though. And she's totally oblivious. I did love the line about Eomer looking like he wants to eat her and she's handing him the knife and fork! Devoran is such a beautiful name. I like how protective Amroth is of her already, or is he rationalizing why he wants to spend more time with her. | |

| Ooo yay! Thanks LBJ! I'm so happy to see an Amrothos fic! He doesn't get as much love as he should do. I myself have had for a few years a semi-written Amrothos-centred romance, but I doubt it'll see the light for quite a while. First I have to write my Eomer/Lothiriel fic, and I'm not yet brave enough for that, as you and Lia have set such a high standard for that field ;) I've enjoyed the start of it. You inject such a great humour into your writing which I love. And, I do like a herione who is slightly unconventional and can speak her mind :D And of course, I lap up any details of the Dol Amroth dynasty! Hugs Elea | |

| A very nice beginning! I don't believe I've read an Amroth romance before, unless it was part of a Lothiriel story! This looks to be quite different. Author Reply: It does focus on Amroth and Devoran with only a little bit of E/L thrown in for luck. I have a soft spot for him and am fascinated by Duinhir's story so wanted to combine the two. | Oh, this one's got potential, I love your work anyways, so that's an added bonus! I've never read anything really comprehensive on Amrothos, but I usually like his character in stories with Lotheriel. This looks like something I'm going to enjoy! Looking forward to more! | Oh, I've been waiting and wondering about this promised sequel! This was a marvelous start. I remember reading the short story that told about the return of Dunhuir to his home - what a sad story that was. I like Devoran and I really enjoyed this first chapter and am looking forward to see how this plays out. Author Reply: I am afraid it gets sadder before it gets better. | Poor Amroth--felt so sorry for him being so melancholy. It's good that Devoran has arrived! I loved Alphros's antics and he will surely add a lot to the story. Looking forward to the next one.
