That was a most delightful drabble, Linda. Very visual too. It was lovely to see Aragorn and Halbarad taking a break from their cares and just enjoying themselves. The imagery of care and clothes being cast aside was very apt too. Nothing like a dip in the water on a hot day - good to see the hard-working, hard-living Rangers relaxing. On arrival, everyone, shed shoes and stockings and jumped in the water!

And I'm sure they both needed that dip, both for cleansing and for cooling as well as for heart's ease! Lovely moment! Author Reply: Many thanks for your much appreciated review.I'm pleased you enjoyed the much needed dip!
