| This is the one story that you have that I do try to follow closely but with the slow production velocity I miss chapters. Therefore, it was wonderful to see that two have come out since the last one that I read. You do so nicely with these characters and there is a certain....epic quality to this piece that I have had trouble finding in others that you have done. I very much look forward to learning about the meeting to come and the interaction between our future Marshall and your OC. Matt Author Reply: Well, thanks... I guess... The truth is, I've sworn off the epic stuff, after having written it for decades in original fiction. It gets a little boring after a while. I prefer to try my writing muscles in different genres, it's more fun. This is a rewritten original story that has been adapted to Tolkien's Ardaverse, hence the difference to my other stuff. But I'm pleased that at least some people enjoy it. Elfhelm has a long way to go yet, before "getting the girl", but I shall endeavour to do the translation from Hungarian a little faster in the future. | |

| This is so satisfying! The story still has a travelogue feel to it, with Strider as a learned guide, and I like it very much. Author Reply: Thank you! :) The really interesting parts are yet to come, but I wanted to move the story from its dead spot. Hopefully, you won't have to wait another two years for the next update. *g* | |
