A delighful, perhaps even inevitable competition, and an excellent distraction from the disappointments of the day's interview with Thranduil. Loved it! They are so well matched! Author Reply: I'm glad you liked it. I do think a game like this was inevitable, as is just about anything they can turn into a competition. It was a definite distraction. I agree, which is why they always ended up tying.

This is lovely- I love the way they became so absorbed in their competition that htey have lost all sense of time and purpose except besting the other. You have written this with such a light touch too. I really enjoyed reading this. Author Reply: Thank you. They definitely got absorbed in the competition, each focusing only on winning. I'm glad you liked the humor. I love hearing that a reader has enjoyed reading one of my stories.

Awww, such a cute story, White Wolf. I can just see them both, yawning and looking bleary eyed at their target, as the sun peeped over the horizon; then falling asleep, slumped against each other, next to a tree. Loved it. Peace Beverly Author Reply: I'm glad you liked my little tale. That's a sweet scene you've envisioned. I believe I'll adopt it and picture it in my mind whenever I think of this story. Thanks. :o)
