It is, IMHO, so sad that Denethor can’t accept Faramir for the fine young man he is. One son cannot be molded into the image of the other. He will understand in the end and then it will be too late.
I can’t help but wonder how the war would have gone if the two brothers had been left to their own devices.

| Nice to see the two brothers sticking together, even if their father fails to recognize Faramir's contributions as strongly or well as those of Boromir. |
